Wearable Device Challenge Registration

Teachers need to complete the below form no later than Friday, March 27, 2026, to formally register each teacher and the competing teams they are coaching. We encourage teachers to let us know they are participating, even if their students have not yet chosen teams.

2026 Wearable Device Challenge – Teacher Registration

Middle and high school teachers use this form to register teams for the Wearable Device Challenge no later than Friday, March 27, 2026.

At this time, we can only accommodate 1-3 teams from each participating teacher at the competition. If more there is more than one teacher at the same school, each teacher can bring 1-3 teams.
What is the total number of students you plan to bring to the competition at NC State University?
Please enter the total number of teams you are coaching/preparing at your school?*
For example, some schools will have many teams prepare devices and then host an internal competition to select 1 or 2 teams to send to the competition at NC State University.
Please provide your best estimate of the number of students on ALL teams at your school, whether or not you plan on bringing them to the competition at NC State University.

Each student MUST have the NCSU Participating Agreement Form completed, signed, and emailed to Cara Rebackoff by Friday, March 27, 2026. Teachers, please compile all of your students’ completed forms and submit them all together.

Gather the team names, and names and t-shirt sizes for each student coming to the WDC and enter them onto this form by Friday, March 27, 2026.

Upload your poster for printing by Wednesday, April 15, 2026, to this Google Drive folder.

If your ad campaign is a website, please create a document with your team name, school name, and the website URL. Upload your document to this Google Drive folder .
