ASSIST Facilities

ASSIST- and non-ASSIST-affiliated groups, labs, and organizations from within NC State University may request the use of our presentation (454) and conference room (454A) spaces located in MRC. The Human Physiology Lab (409) is also available for research purposes with approval.

View the calendars below for each room to determine if your date and time are available. If they are, you can reserve the room by completing this form. Wait for confirmation of your reservation via email, which will arrive within 8 business hours.

I understand that I am responsible for putting all trash in garbage/recycling receptacles, returning all tables and chairs to their original locations, removing any items my group brought from the refrigerator and freezer, and removing any wayfinding signs I put up around MRC. If I leave a mess, I may be asked to return to clean up, and if any permanent damage occurs because of my event, I understand that my department or group may be held responsible for the cost of reasonable repair, cleaning, or replacement.(Required)
If I no longer need my confirmed reservation, I will contact the ASSIST Center so that other users who need the space can have the opportunity.(Required)
